This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, and loads no content from third-party servers. The fonts are hosted locally, so no connection is made to Google Fonts or any other third party. There is no form on this website.

2 · Visiting the website: server log files
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data. This usually includes the IP address of the requesting device, the date and time of access, the address requested, the amount of data transferred, the browser type and the operating system.
This processing is technically necessary to deliver the website at all and to keep it operating securely. The data is not combined with other data sources, and no user profile is created from it.
- Legal basis
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest in the technically error-free and secure operation of the website.
- Retention period
- The log files are stored solely by the hosting provider, are not analyzed by us, and are deleted automatically when the provider's retention period expires.
3 · Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider. The provider processes the data listed under section 2 solely on our behalf and according to our instructions.

- A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider (Netlify Data Processing Agreement).
- Transfer to a third country
- The provider is based in the USA. Data is transferred on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR, which form part of the data processing agreement.
4 · Contact by email or phone
If you write to us or call us, we process the data you provide (your name, your contact details and the content of your message) solely to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a collaboration.
- Legal basis
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for inquiries aimed at a contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest in answering inquiries.
- Retention period
- Until the inquiry has been fully dealt with. If an engagement results, the statutory retention periods apply, in particular seven years under § 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO).
Please do not send us any health or patient data. Our work concerns organizational processes, not medical content. For an inquiry, your name and a way to reach you are enough.
5 · Recipients
Your data is not sold and not passed on for advertising purposes. It is disclosed only to the hosting provider named in section 3 and, where necessary, to tax advisors and authorities in the course of legal obligations.
6 · Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20), as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).
